Free pre-registration

Sign up and confirm your interest. There's no commitment and no payment until your building is activated.

Approval from the building board

We work with the building management to get permission to install the connection.

Public activation threshold

We publish how many sign-ups are still needed. When we reach that number, we build.

Installation

The first to sign up are the first to be installed.

What services does Urbalink offer?
For homes, iFAST: residential fiber internet. For businesses, business fiber internet and dedicated links with a service level agreement.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We monitor the network 24 hours a day, every day. If something fails, message us on WhatsApp: for homes we're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and for businesses 24 hours a day.
Is there a benefit for referring someone?
Yes: if you refer someone and they get connected, you both get a free month. There's no limit on referrals.
