1. Who handles your data
Urbalink Networks C.A. (RIF J-40176793-1) is responsible for the processing of the data you send us through this website. You can write to us at info@urbalink.com.
2. What data we collect
- Business quote form: company, contact name, job title, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, service location, need and notes. They are sent only when you type them and accept the consent statement.
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp buttons open the app with a prepared message. What you send that way reaches us on WhatsApp and is also governed by that platform's terms.
- Coverage area selector: what you choose in the list is not saved or sent to our servers. It is used only to compose the WhatsApp message that you decide to send.
- Technical connection data: as with any website, the server may record technical data about your visit (IP address, date and time, browser and page viewed) for security and operational purposes.
3. What we don't do
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools, or third-party fonts or scripts.
4. How we use your data
We use the form data only to respond to your request and prepare a proposal for you. We do not use it to send you advertising you haven't asked for, and we do not sell it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Only the technical providers needed to deliver email and host the site may be involved, or a competent authority when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
The form is sent by email to our contact mailbox. We keep that message for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that arises from it. After that, we delete it.
7. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and form validation. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident that affects you, we will tell you.
8. Your rights
In accordance with Article 28 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, you have the right to access the data about you held in our records, to know how we use it and for what purpose, and to request its update, correction or deletion if it is inaccurate or unlawfully harms your rights. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@urbalink.com stating what you are requesting; we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also go to the competent court.
9. Minors
This website is not directed at minors. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
